Students will learn about proper stretching and warming up including dynamic and static stretching, as well as the traditional techniques and philosophy of Tae Kwon Do and mediation. The goals are for students to have the basic physical and mental knowledge of Tae Kwon Do.
**NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED**
Please note that this club will require physical training including by not limited to stretching, running, and jumping. If your child has any previous injuries, surgeries, medical conditions, etc. please indicate on the permission slip. If there are no previous injuries, medical conditions or surgeries please indicate that as well.
